Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes a full public provider profile, the DEEPdormir Verified badge after credentialing, basic search visibility, a patient contact form, insurance plan listing, and access to the OAT medical billing guide. You can stay on Starter indefinitely and upgrade whenever you are ready.

Never. DEEPdormir.pro operates on a flat monthly subscription model. We do not charge per booking, per patient referral, or per appointment. Patients book directly with your practice — we simply connect you. Your subscription cost is fixed regardless of how many patients find you through our directory.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your provider dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. If you cancel, your profile can be reactivated at any time by resubscribing.

Starter profiles appear in standard search results ranked by location proximity, rating, and review count. Professional and Premier profiles receive priority placement and appear above Starter listings in relevant searches. Premier profiles also receive featured placement on the homepage and in category spotlight sections. Priority visibility typically results in 3–5× more profile views per month compared to basic placement.

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Professional annual is billed at $936/year ($78/month equivalent) — saving $228 versus monthly. Premier annual is billed at $2,376/year ($198/month equivalent) — saving $588 versus monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your dashboard.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfer for annual plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Practice invoices are available for download from your provider dashboard for accounting and tax purposes.
